The research background is regarding the Implementation of the Administration District Environmental Service Sub-Department Regulations. The initial recording system with the same type of goods but has different specifications, can affect the final results report or stock taking of goods recording. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the Administration of Regional Property Inventory at the Seribu Islands Administrative District Environmental Service, along with the obstacles and efforts made to implement the Administration of Regional Property Inventory at the Seribu Islands Administrative District Environmental Service. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study are that the implementation of the administration of regional property inventory at the Seribu Islands Administrative District Environment Agency can be said to be running quite well which can be seen through clear policy objectives, resources, quality of organizational relations, characteristics of implementing agencies/organizations, political environment, disposition or attitude of the executors. abolition and handover but there are still deficiencies in terms of regional budget deficits resulting in the procurement of goods and services that must be cut. In communication there are obstacles experienced, namely if conducting socialization regarding the administration of state property for large informants only sends their proxies not the leaders of the organization. There is still a lack of public awareness to pay taxes, there is still a lack of public knowledge regarding the administration of state property
