This research analyzed about service quality impact of PT. Transindo Buanamas Sentosa toward the costumers loyalty through costumers satisfaction. This is a quantitative research using questionnaire analysis method. The research is aimed to analyze the impact of service quality toward costumers loyalty through costumers satisfaction.The result of the research shows that PT. Transindo Buanamas Sentosa’s costumers are satisfied with the services provided. The impact of the service quality toward costumers loyalty is 54,6% while the other factors related with location accessibility and distance
