PENGARUH TAMBAHAN PENGHASILAN PEGAWAI (TPP) DAN FASILITAS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PNS DI SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KABUPATEN KEPULAUAN ANAMBAS


As one of efforts to improve the performance of ASN (Civil Servants), the of Regency Government of Anambas Islands under the Anambas Islands’ Regent Regulation
Number 6 of 2020 concerning Additional Employee Income for ASN in the Regency Government Environment of Anambas Islands improved the performance and welfare
of employees using the APBD (Local Budget). The Regency Government of Anambas Islands also considered the work facilities for each organization because they could
affect the overall performance of employees. It was hoped that the provision of these supporting facilities would increase morale and had a direct impact on employee
performance. This objective of study was to find the influence and magnitude of the influence of TPP and Work Facilities on the Performance of Civil Servants of the
Regional Secretariat of Regency of Anambas Islands. This study used a quantitative method with a questionnaire data collection technique distributed to 72 respondents.
The results of study showed that the significance value of the variables of TPP and Work Facilities was less than 0.05. It means that there was a significant relationship
between the variables of TPP and Work Facilities and the Civil Servant Performance. There was a significant effect of TPP and Work Facilities and the Performance of Civil
Servants of the Regional Secretariat of Regency of Anambas Islands with a magnitude of 0.489 or 48.9%, while the remaining 51.1% was affected by variables outside the
variables of this study. Therefore, the suggestions of this study are to provide certainty of sustainable competency development, build an organizational culture able to
improve employee performance, continuously strive to become ASN with MORALE (Service Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative). Therefore, it supports the realization of ASN employer branding, namely Proud to Serve the Nation. It is a significant effect of TPP and Work Facilities
with the performance of civil servants of the Regional Secretariat of Regency of Anambas Islands.
