The phenomenon in this study was analyzing employee performance of other service providers forindividuals in the office of Cempaka Putih sub-district, Central Jakarta. This study aimed to investigate the analysis of employee performance of other service providers for individuals in the office of Cempaka Putih sub- district, Central Jakarta, to analyze what factors were hindering the study of the performance of different service provider employees for individuals in the office of Cempaka Putih sub- district, Central Jakarta; and to analyze what efforts are made by the leadership to overcome these inhibiting factors. This research employed a descriptive research type with a qualitative
approach, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants consisted of the Head of Cempaka Putih sub-district, the Secretary of the Cempaka Putih sub-district, the Head of the General Sub-Division of Cempaka Putih, the PJLP of Cempaka Putih sub-district, Community, and STIAMI Lecturers. The study results showed that there was good communication in the performance of PJLP employees, improving facilities and infrastructure for technical implementation units, increasing the capabilities and skills of tiered sub-district employees, evaluating performance periodically, and maximizing working time.
