The world of education is required to keep up with technological developments as part of efforts to improve its quality. However, the emergence of the corona virus triggered panic in the community because this virus is very dangerous and has claimed many lives. In Indonesia itself, the corona virus began to actively spread throughout the country in March 2020. As a precautionary measure, the government urged the public to comply with health protocols by temporarily eliminating all physical activities both in the office and at school. Learning must be done online or remotely. However, in its development, online learning has proven to be less effective and affects students' interpersonal communication skills. This research was motivated by one of the communication activities carried out at SMP Islam Terpadu Citra Bangsa Bekasi in West Jawa. The aim is to determine the effect of online learning on the interpersonal communication of students at the school. This study used a quantitative approach with students of SMP Islam Terpadu Citra Bangsa Bekasi in West Jawa as the research population. Using Sugiyono's formula, a sample of 125 students was obtained. The results of the study found tcount of 5.652 > ttable of 1.743 and a regression coefficient value of 0.206, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that online learning has a positive and significant effect on students' interpersonal communication.
