Strategi Komunikasi Korporat Dalam Upaya Peningkatan Komunikasi Internal dan Citra Perusahaan
Developing internal public trust in an institution is not easy, especially since Al Kamal School experience Dualism of Foundation in 2012 which indeed has become an internal public consideration, in this case is the teachers and employees to dedicate themselves to an institution and even create confusion in choosing which foundation to serve in the midst of the dualism of foundation between the old foundation and the new foundation for teachers and employees. In order to provide internal public trust, the management of Al Kamal School must carry out a Corporate Communication Strategy in order to create good communication and relationships between the management and teachers and employees, so that eventually the teachers and employees have loyalty to the management of Al Kamal School. The internal public must be reassured that the internal conflicts of the foundation will not affect the certification and benefits of teachers and employees. The objective of this study is to analyze the Corporate Communication strategy in Improving Internal Communication and Corporate Image by using Case Study Research Methods on theManagement of Al Kamal School. The solution to build internal public trust, in this case is teachers and employees to the management of the old Al Kamal School, is through intense internal communication with the teachers and employees where lobbying, negotiation, and persuasive communication must be carried out in order to reassure the internal public about the conflict conditions so that the internal public remains loyal to the old management of Al Kamal School.
