Knowledge and skills in Organization and Leadership among the youth of Karang Taruna are decreasing. The busyness of the capital city makes youths less concerned about youth activities in the smallest sphere of government. This is an opening for academics to restore the function of youth as the embryo of leaders. Youth in Cempaka Baru Village were chosen as objects of Community Service activities because of the very close location to the Pangkalan Asem Campus of the STIAMI Institute of Social Sciences and Management. This activity has limited time and place for training, but it runs very smoothly. In fact, the enthusiasm of the participants was more than expected.
