The research method used is quantitative method through questionnaires distribution, with population number 31 and the sample is 31 respondents, based on krejcie formula, Robert V., Morgan, Daryle W (1970).Based on the results of research using partial and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23.0 shows that: School climate influence on teacher professionalism of 12,4%, while job satisfaction have influence to professionalism teacher equal to 11%. Cluster-free Variables school and job satisfaction are jointly tested with F test proved to have a positive and significant influence on the professionalism of teachers and the magnitude of the effect seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) is 98%
