The results of this study indicate that Work Motivation affects employee performance
by 68.1%, while the remaining 31.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in
this study. Work Discipline affects employee performance by 77.9%, while the
remaining 22.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Work
Motivation and Discipline simultaneously affect employee performance by of 84.3%,
while the remaining 15.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
