Pengaruh Pelatihan Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Kerja Karyawan Pada Kjpp Iskandar Dan Rekan
The results of the data processing show that Training
effects the performance of KJPP Iskandar dan Rekan’s
employees positively and significantly by 54.6%. Then,
Motivation effects the performance of the employees
positively by 48.9%. Together, Training and Motivation
effect their performances positively and significantly by
52.8%. These suggest that giving Training and
Motivation will improve the performance of the
employees at KJPP Iskandar dan Rekan.
