Pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada PT. Posmi Steel Indonesia
In this research
the sample collection employed purposive sampling. It is a sample
collection technique with certain criteria. In addtition, this research also
engaged 30 samples of 120 customers of PT. Posmi Steel Indonesia.
Meanwhile, the data collection used questionnaire. Moreover, the
instrument tests were applied in this study, namely validity and reliability
test, normality test, multicollinearity test. Heteroscesdasticity test,
significance partial T-Test, and significance simultaneous F-Test, as well
as determination coefficient test with SPSS 20.
