<note>This research aims to know how much influence the compensation and work
motivation on the employee performance at Karya Husada Hospital in Cikampek.
The population in this study was 228 employees of Karya Husada Hospital. Each
respondent is given 25 questions using Likert scale and data analysis techniques
using validity test, realibility test, analysis deskriptif test, test coefficient correlation
rank spearmen, double linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, T test
and F test.</note>
