<note>Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil uji F yang dilakukan dengan hasil analisis diketahui sebesar 143,005 dengan probabilitas 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang artinya variabel kompensasi (X1) dan lingkungan kerja (X2) berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap variabel organizational  citizenship behavior (OCB)  (Y).</note>
