Dosen Pembimbing: | Abstrak: The research shows that SME people agree that tourism policy encourages the development of SMEs. However some part of the policy are required to be more inclusive, particularly the shifting policy from mining into tourism economy. The study resiliently suggested public communication has to be improved since people fail to comprehend the policy. This situation disturbs the effectiveness of the policy.
