Collaborating with industry professionals and other groups can help to ensure that Metaverse technology is implemented smoothly. This article compellingly investigates Metaverse and its transformative potential for gove ment operations. It highlights essential features, innovative technologies, and insightful case studies from ASEAN countries that showcase how Metaverse integration can revolutionize public service delivery. By reviewing comprehensive literature on the Metaverse, this study underscores its significant impact on enhancing gove ment functions.
