<note>Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada PP University, dengan hasil uji Koefisien determinasi (R2) dan diperoleh hasil bahwa varibel Independen , yaitu Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga mempengaruhi variabel dependen, yaitu Loyalitas Pelanggan dengan nilai sebesar 83,2 %. sedangkan sisanya 16.8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan kedalam penelitian ini.</note>
