Citra Merek (X2) berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan Pelanggan (Y) sebesar 54,1% . Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Viral marketing (X1) dan Citra Merek (X2) terhadap Kepercayaan pelanggan (Y) secara bersama sama pada Online Shop SHOPEE. Variasi pada variabel Viral Marketing dan Citra Merek berpengaruh 54.6%. terhadap Kepercayaan pelanggan sisanya 45,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak penulis teliti.</note>
