The data for this study were collected through observation, interviews, and recording using a qualitative approach. The results show that the OneStop Integrated Services (PTSP) in Ancol Urban Village have not implemented the Jakevo Service Policy properly. The Central Government's OSS (Online Single Submission) platform which is comparable to Jakevo is the first indication of this.
