<note>Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas, yaitu variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 0,475 terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, variabel harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 0,457 terhadap loyalitas pelanggan jasa transportasi online, serta variabel kualitas pelayanan dan harga secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 28,9% terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Jasa Transportasi Berbasis Online sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.</note>
