Pengaruh Kualitas Sistem Manajemen Gudang Dan Fasilitas Gudang Terhadap Kelancaran Distribusi Di Gudang Pt Makmur Berkat Solusi Pada Tahun 2024

Dosen Pembimbing: | Abstrak: Issues faced by the company such as delayed shipments, lost goods in the warehouse, lengthy receiving and dispatching processes, and manual stock recording require significant time and costs. Suboptimal warehouse facilities lead to increased working hours and operational costs. This study aimed to determine the influence of Warehouse Management System Quality and Warehouse Facilities on Distribution Efficiency at PT Makmur Berkat Solusi Warehouse in 2024. This study used a quantitative method that is descriptive and inferential, focusing on the distribution, warehouse, and shipping divisions, with a sample consisting of 30 respondents used a saturated sampling technique. For data analysis, multiple linear regression was applied by conducting classical assumption tests, t-tests, and F-tests. The t-test results indicated that both Warehouse Management System Quality (sig. 0.00 > 0.05) and Warehouse Facilities (sig. 0.00 > 0.05) have a significant partial effect on Distribution Efficiency. However, when viewed as a whole (F test), both have a significant impact with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.859 indicated a very strong relationship between the two variables. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.739 showed that 73% of Distribution Smoothness is influenced by the two variables studied, while 27% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study
