This research is motivated by the importance of quality services to the community.
The Indonesian government has taken strategic steps to improve the quality of public
services. Government efforts include various strategies, starting with increasing
Green Open Space (RTH). This focus on innovation and improvement reflects the
government's commitment to providing efficient, responsive and transparent services
that meet the needs and expectations of the community. Parks and Forestry Sub-
Department, North Jakarta Administrative City. The method used is a quantitative
approach. The population in this study was to encourage a clean environment that
prioritizes sustainability and welfare in a population of 210 using a Likert scale, at the
North Jakarta Administrative City Parks and Forestry Sub-Department and a sample
of 139 respondents was obtained using the Slovin formula. Data were collected
through questionnaires and analyzed using instrument tests, classical assumption
tests, and hypothesis tests with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the
study show that the Employee Competence variable (X1) has a significant effect of
12.8% on Public Service Performance (Y), Job Satisfaction (X2) has a significant
effect on Public Service Performance (Y) of 51.02%, and simultaneously Employee
Competence (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) on Public Service Performance (Y) have
an effect of 71.2%.
