Pengaruh Penerapan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Food and Beverage Service di Oena Restaurant Grand Orchardz Hotel Kemayoran


There are still Food and Beverage Service employees at Oena
Restaurant who have not implemented SOP (Standard Operating
Procedure) properly, such as checking food orders for more than
45 minutes, causing guests to wait a long time. Therefore, if the
SOP is implemented properly, this will affect employee
performance which in the end will provide customer satisfaction.
The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the
implementation of Standard Operating Procedures has on the
performance of employees at Oena Restaurant Grand Orchardz
Hotel Kemayoran. Using a quantitative method by distributing
questionnaires to 25 employees who work in the F&B Service
section of Oena Restaurant Grand Orchardz Hotel Kemayoran.
The results of the t test show that SOP has a significant effect on
employee performance, which means that the H1 hypothesis is
accepted while H0 is rejected. The magnitude of the effect of the
Standard Operating Procedure on employee performance based
on the coefficient of determination test is 0.664 or 66.4%. While the
remaining 33.6% is influenced by other variables not
examined in this study
