PT. Kereta Api Logistic Courier and Logistics Division through KALOG Express, is serving a goods and documents delivery service with the rage of Java and Bali Island. As for the problems happened in PT. Kereta Api Logistik are limited time, field condition, and lack of employee number. As for the (X) variable used is productivity, and (Y) variable used is effectiveness. This research used qualitative method. The population in this research is The Head of Yogyakarta Branch and the Porter of Yogyakarta, Pasar Senen, and Jakarta Kota Branch, as 70 persons. The sampling technique used saturated sample, the data collecting technique used is questionnaire and documentation data, then data is processed with the SPSS 25 program statistics analysis. Based on the result, can be determined that the effect of employee performance productivity on effectiveness is 11,5%, meanwhile 88,5% is affected by the other variables and the result of hypothesis test obtained tcount > ttable or 7,280>1,670 and the value of Sig. 0,004 <0,05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so that the employee performance productivity variable affects the effectiveness variable.
