<note>Dari data premier yang diperoleh dari kuesioner maka diperoleh hasil besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 46,5%, besarnya pengaruh tarif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 45,8% dan secara simultan besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan tarif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 53,8%. Dalam jawaban responden terkait dengan kualitas pelayanan commuter line yan perlu ditingkatkan keamanan, kenyamanan dan penambahan fasilitas yang layak bagi pengguna commuter line.</note>
