The purpose of this study is to examine the related leadership strategies in crisis management efforts during the Covid-19 pandemic by looking at several aspects including: leadership strategy, governance and leadership transformation. This research is used to determine the crisis leadership model that Indonesia needs in dealing with crisis events caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and to provide recommendations for improvements from the implementation that has been carried out. This study used a qualitative descriptive design method with a case study approach. The data used are secondary data. Data collection techniques using literature studies where literature study is a technique / method that researchers use in collecting data. The data collection used the literature study method through reading sources such as journals, documentation books and articles related to the problem topics raised in this study.
