Organisational Commitment And Job Performance in Banking Industry
The results of hypotheses testing shown suggest that work environment predisposes organisational commitment, and work environment predisposes job performance, organisational commitment does not predispose job performance, and work environment does not predispose job performance with organisational commitment as a mediator.
