<note>Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa : (1) promosi di Apartemen Kemang grup PT Pudjiadi Prestige Tbk dalam kategori baik (2) kualitas pelayanan di Apartemen Kemang grup PT Pudjiadi Prestige Tbk dalam kategori baik (3) promosi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan (64,4%) terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Apartemen Kemang grup PT Pudjiadi Prestige Tbk (4) kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan (68,8%) terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Apartemen Kemang grup PT Pudjiadi Prestige Tbk (5) kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan (53,4%) terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Apartemen Kemang grup PT Pudjiadi Prestige Tbk.</note>
