<note>Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa manajemen logistik memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil uji t yang Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai t hitung> t tabel (6,327 >2,01).  Hal ini berarti Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima, atau terdapat pengaruh (secara parsial) antara Manajemen Logist ik terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Pelanggan.</note>
