This research uses a qualitative method with Robert Entman's framing analysis. The results showed from The Governat's Covid-19 crisis management has made policy on both prevention and impact handling. In conclusion, Crisis Management COVID-19 Governments involve all the community, the business sector, and the relevant ministries. Social Demographic and infrastructure conditions cause the handling to be complex is not merely the health aspects but involve the economic and social aspects.
